About This Role

Safety is a top priority on every LDC construction project. First aid volunteers — often nurses, EMTs, paramedics, or trained medical professionals — serve as the on-site safety and medical support for volunteer crews.

Their role includes conducting safety briefings, maintaining first aid stations, responding to minor injuries, and ensuring that emergency protocols are in place. Their presence gives every volunteer confidence that they're being cared for as they work for Jehovah.
