Leading Jehovah's work in a country or territory

About This Role

The branch overseer serves as the coordinator of the Branch Committee — the group of experienced Bethel brothers who oversee the spiritual and operational work of Jehovah's organization in a given country or territory. This role requires years of faithful Bethel service and demonstrated spiritual maturity.

Branch overseers work closely with the Governing Body and the worldwide organization to ensure that the preaching work in their territory is well-supported, that publishers are encouraged, and that the organization's resources are used wisely and faithfully.
